RoboSet – Sell your services online (v1.0.13)

RoboSet helps you build a professional and solid portfolio of services to offer to your customers.

How does it work?

You as an administrator will create your services in the backend area. A service contains a name, price, previous price, description, requirements, availability, featured, status, etc.
These services will be shown in frontend and your customers can order them.
You can also create services available only for certain customers in case you have special deals with those customers.
Once a customer will order your service, a new task is created for the newly created order, where the customer will provide you the information needed for you to provide the service. Each task has it’s own area of comments where you can discuss with the customer and also allows you to set a progress for the given task. You can also create as many tasks as needed for providing a service, in case you have more milestones. Once you are done with a task, simply update it’s progress to 100% and the task will be marked as completed.
At all steps, you and the customer are kept updated via emails for each change done to the task or service.
Once the tasks are finished it’s assumed the service was provided successfully.
